The Canadian Journal of Physics (CJP) is an international, refereed, primary research journal publishing significant contributions to physics. It is available in paper and electronic form.

CJP is indexed by the leading databases of scientific & engineering literature including ISI Web of Knowledge and Thomson Reuters and it had an impact factor of 0.67 in 2016.

Submitted manuscripts will be evaluated by the Editorial Office for suitability and compliance with these instructions to authors. Manuscripts that do not meet the guidelines are returned to authors for corrections as “Unsubmitted Draft”. When first submitting a manuscript for peer review, low-resolution versions of figures should be uploaded to limit file size. Authors must submit manuscripts via ScholarOne Online Submission and Peer Review system by clicking the link below ; (Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.)

ATTENTION for Submission:

Under STEP 2 (Attributes), contributors will be asked if their submission is part of a Special Issue. They should answer “yes” and select the title “34th International Physics Conference of Turkish Physical Society” from theSpecial Issue list.

Register: Authors may register at any time on the site, but should register only once. During registration, authors choose a username/password. The security of manuscripts is protected by the username/password system.

Author must prepare their own manuscript according to the instructions mentioned above, by using the template files or LaTeX style files. The manuscripts for invited speakersoral contributions and poster contributions should be 6 pages long.

Acknowledgement of Submission: Authors receive an automated  acknowledgement from the online system when they make a successful submission. If an acknowledgement email has not been received it could mean the submission was unsuccessful and authors should log into their Author Center to re-open their submission process or it could be that the email was captured by the institution’s spam filter. If the latter is the case, please contact your IT administrator to allow these emails to proceed to your inbox. 

Revised Manuscripts: For revisions, the corresponding author will be contacted by e-mail and asked to submit a revision; the process is very similar to initial submission.
